Frank Comella

Frank Comella joined Kalsi & Associates in August 2024.  Prior to obtaining his law degree, he attended York University where he graduated with honours, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in political science and law and society. 

He obtained his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.  He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Frank has over 25 years representing plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury actions, including occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle and accident benefits claims, product liability and short and long-term disability claims. 

He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Financial Services of Ontario, Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Divisional Court of Ontario.   Frank’s no nonsense and practical approach has resulted in millions of dollars of settlements for his clients over the years.
